Our appartment is a 3 bedroom unit, and as per owners request the bedrooms are available to guests in the sequene of 2 guests per room. Thusbookings with 4 guests and less will have access to 2 rooms, and only bookings for 5 or more guests will have3 bedroomsand prepared. For bookings with 2 rooms, the third room will not be locked and will be availbe to guests, we however will not make the bed and not provide extra linens or ammeneties.

The hotel day starts from hour 15:00 and ends at 11:00.

STRICT PROPERTY POLICY "TWO GUESTS PER ROOM". The property has 3 rooms, thus each rooms is calculated as 2 guestst per 1 room. If guests require the full 3 rooms to be availble, boking should be for 5-6 guests. Rooms that are not availble, are never locked, however the linens and ammeneties will beup in only the available rooms.

Standard check-in hours 11:00 AM - 20:00 PM, after 20:05 PM the extra cost is 40 EUR, and additional 20 EUR for each hour after that.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
